9,000 m² Project of Longlin Autonomous County TCM Hospital

As a key medical infrastructure project in a mountainous county, the old campus of Longlin Autonomous County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine once suffered from subpar floor conditions, including insufficient antibacterial performance, low wear resistance and high cleaning costs. Traditional floor tiles were prone to dirt buildup and posed fall risks to medical staff and patients due to poor slip resistance.

In September 2024, the hospital’s core team inspected Dajulong’s factory, verifying the full-process suitability of its flooring solutions for medical settings—from medical-grade PVC flooring production lines to the antibacterial test reports of the Gloria homogeneous through-colour series (covering 6 types of pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus).

After 6 months of solution optimization and sample testing, the hospital officially placed an order in July 2025. Two months of efficient construction followed, and the 9,000-square-meter flooring installation for the new campus was fully completed in mid-November.

The medical-grade Gloria homogeneous through-colour PVC flooring boasts a 99% antibacterial rate (compliant with ISO22196 standard). It resists corrosion by iodine tincture and disinfectants, and holds an R9 slip resistance rating, ideal for high-traffic hospital areas like corridors and wards. Its homogeneous through-colour structure maintains a consistent appearance even after wear and cuts post-maintenance costs by 60%, perfectly meeting the hospital’s core needs for cleanliness and durability.
